Every employee in Flare has an associated status. Their status will denote whether they have access to the Flare platform, whether they have started or completed onboarding and whether they are still employed by your business.

Active:
An employee with the Active status can fall in one of two categories. An Active employee can either be a new recruit who has completed their onboarding journey or an existing employee in your organisation who was uploaded into the Flare platform as an Active employee.
You can find your active employees by navigating to Organisation > Manage Employees and selecting Active employees from the Manage Employees drop-down.
