What Does the Non Starter Status Mean

Every employee in Flare has an associated status. Their status will denote whether they have access to the Flare platform, whether they have started or completed onboarding and whether they are still employed by your business.

An employee with the Non-Starter status has had their Flare access revoked before they completed their onboarding journey. This could be because they declined the job offer or had the offer withdrawn.

You can find your non-starters by navigating to Organisation > Manage Employees and selecting Non Starter employees from the Manage Employees drop-down.
