Understanding if Employees are active, terminated or in their on-boarding process is key to manage your Employees. Follow these steps to learn how to check the status of an Employee and keep track of your Employees.

Check the individual status in each Employee’s personal details
1. From the Menu, select Employees, then Employee Details.
2. Type the name of the person whose status you would like to check. Use the arrows to go through the list one-by- one in alphabetical order.
3. The status of the Employee will appear on the right hand side of the page.
