Every employee in Flare has an associated status. Their status will denote whether they have access to the Flare platform, whether they have started or completed onboarding and whether they are still employed by your business.

Onboarding:
An employee with the Onboarding status is currently in the process of completing their onboarding journey within Flare. They have access to Flare and will receive communications from the platform.
You can find your onboarders by navigating to Organisation > Manage Employees and selecting New hire to proceed with onboarding from the Manage Employees drop-down.
