Every employee in Flare has an associated status. Their status will denote whether they have access to the Flare platform, whether they have started or completed onboarding and whether they are still employed by your business.
An employee with a Candidate status does not have access to Flare and will not receive any communication from Flare. They can be considered a "placeholder" and have their information uploaded, contract set up, and they will only be sent an onboarding journey once they are promoted to a "Recruit."
You can find your candidates by navigating to Organisation > Manage Employees and selecting New Candidates who need to be sent an offer from the Manage Employees drop-down.
