Every employee in Flare has an associated status. Their status will denote whether they have access to the Flare platform, whether they have started or completed onboarding and whether they are still employed by your business.

Recruited:
An employee with the Recruited status has been sent a New Employee Welcome Email and an onboarding journey. They have not commenced onboarding within Flare.
You can find your recruits by navigating to Organisation > Manage Employees and selecting Recruits who have been sent letter of offer from the Manage Employees drop-down.
