You can setup an Offboarding Journey via an Info Request to send to an employee terminating in the future. This is a good opportunity to supply a checklist of items the employee may need to complete prior to leaving and can also include things such as an exit survey link.
Follow Me.
1. Go to Settings > Rules > Process Templates
2. Select Process Group = Information Request then select Add New
3. Add a meaningful Process Name and select Save
4. Select Active checkbox and Process type = Information Request and select Save
5. Under Process steps setup select Add step

Example 1: Exit Survey
You can provide a link to an external exit survey using the Display Information content type.
Once saved, you will be able to see a preview of what this will look like in the offboarding journey.
Example 2: Exit Checklist
You could use the Checklist content type to create a reminder of tasks to be completed prior to leaving.
Once saved, you will be able to see a preview of what this will look like in the offboarding journey.
