There are scenarios where an Info Request that has been sent to an employee that requires the process to be reverted or deleted, for example, if an Info Request for an Employment Contract was amended again and sent out multiple times or if a company policy was accidentally sent to the wrong person.
Regardless of the scenario, follow the steps in this article to learn how to delete that Info Request.
Navigate to the Account Maintenance section by clicking on Settings > Account > Select the Maintenance tab > Scroll down to the Delete active process instance by employee option
From this section, select the Process Instance that you are interested in deleting.
Search for the name by entering it in the Enter Name field and click the List all instances button.
Click on the Trash Can on the process you want to delete and confirm by clicking YES
