How To Find the Records of a Terminated Employee

From time to time, you might need to access details or documents of a terminated employee. Flare will save all terminated employee's details in a separate area of the platform, which you can access at any time. 

Follow Me.

1. Go to Organization > Manage employees: Select Terminated employees from ‘Show the following employees’ drop-down list.

 

 

2. Terminated employee list will appear below. Select the employee whose details needs to be updated/ changed and click the Pen icon.

Note: Employee name can be filtered by clicking the filter icon next to the Employee Name.

 

Employee details screen will open where any updates/ changes to the Terminated employee can be done as normally done for an Active employee.
