The Onboarding Journey can be customised by changing the order of the process steps within it. This article will describe how to move process steps within your onboarding journey.

You can reorder the process steps in your onboarding journey by
- Navigating to Settings > Rules > Process Templates
- Select Onboarding and offboarding from the Process Group drop-down menu
- Select your onboarding journey from the Process drop-down menu.
- In the Process Step Setup section, drag and drop any process step you want to re-order.
- Click Save
Note: Take note of the process steps and the order that they are in. Before you drag and drop the process step, ensure they have the correct process step group assigned. For more information about configuring your Process Step Groups order, please see the article Process step groups in onboarding
