Welcome Email displays "We see you have a Flare account with a different employer. Use your existing password to log in." as the user's password

When an employee has been added to Flare, they will receive a welcome email inviting them to log into Flare. They may come to you if their credentials displays as below:

Username is joe.bloggs@flarehr.com

Password "We see you have a Flare account with a different employer. Use your existing password to log in. If you don't remember your password, please click 'Forgot password' on this page."

If the password displays as the above, the user has an existing account with Flare through a different employer. The employee can use their existing password to log into your Flare account.

Example:

Jane Bloggs works for BT Travel who uses Flare. Joe Bloggs has since also accepted a role at Uni Travel who also use Flare. When she receives her welcome email from Uni Travel the password will show as "We see you have a Flare account with a different employer..." as she has already set a password at BT Travel. She can now use this same existing password again to login to her Uni Travel account.

Follow Me.

Option 1: The employee can type in the password they used on their previous Flare account.

Option 2: If the user has forgotten their previous password, they can use the 'Forgot password" option to receive a reset password link to the email address that has been assigned to their Flare profile.
