Flare allows you to make your forms editable to allow your employees to fill in text fields, tick checkboxes or radio buttons to provide further detail during Onboarding or Info Request processes.
You can set certain fields to be mandatory and prevent your employees from continuing to the next steps if not all required fields have been completed.
Form field mapping then allows you to have certain information prefilled (e.g. employee name, company name or address). Find more information on this here - How to populate details in forms
Mandatory fields: The ability to make form fields mandatory in Flare has been enabled. Simply mark the text field, checkbox or radio button as 'Required' in your PDF editor (see steps below) and contact Flare Support to enable this for your account. |
