Flare makes it easy to keep on top of your information, make sure you update your emergency contact details so that everything stays up to date!
NOTE: Your ability to update your details will depend on your permissions, if you do not have the correct permissions please contact your HR manager to make the changes.
The steps to update your emergency details are below:
1. Go to Employees > Employee Details > Emergency
2. Click on the Emergency contact you wish to update. Or select "Add New" to add a new emergency contact
3. Update/Fill in the relevant details, as well as adding any special instructions such as medication.
4. Select "Save" after all changes are made.
