If you are not able to complete Onboarding and have a photo uploaded for you profile, you may need to remove this and save your details without your photo to proceed to the next step.
Once you've completed your onboarding, you'll be able to update your profile photo within your Flare profile.
Please follow the steps below to update your profile picture:
1. Log into Flare and navigate to Employee > Employee Details > Personal Details
2. Scroll down and click on your Profile picture
3. A new pop up box should appear and select 'select image'. This will redirect your either your desktop or gallery to select a new image.
NOTE: Your ability to update your details will depend on the access granted by your employer.
If you are not able to Save or access the below screen the changes, please contact your HR team or manager to make the changes.
