How To Update the New Employee Welcome Email

An employee starting with your organisation is an exciting time for both the employee and employer. Make sure you know how to communicate this to your employee in your own way.

  1. Settings>Rules>Template Documents
  2. Select “New employee welcome” from the drop-down
  3. Click the “Edit” button
  4. Click on “Email message” tab
  5. Update the wording and formatting in the text editor (once finished editing click on the blue “Update “button which will be in the same position as the Edit button if you are in editing mode)


Please note that when updating the welcome email you should include the employee's username, and password, as well as a link to Flare. You can do so easily using the following merge fields:
