Check-Ins – How To Clone a Check-In

Check-ins allow employees, peers and managers to complete performance reviews. Check ins within Flare can be customised to suit your various employees. Once you have set up your check-ins, you can create copies of them in the future to save you time.

Follow this guide to clone an existing check-in.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Performance > Review
  2. Click Clone to clone the exact settings of the Check-in. New Check-ins will appear in the Performance management reviews drop-down menu. Select the new Period dates and click Save.
    Note: You can use this to make small changes to topics, dates or the reviewees, for example.
