Qualification fields allow you and your employees the ability to identify the correct field their qualification relates to when adding the details into Flare.
Qualification fields can include: Automotive, horticulture, nursing etc. You can also allow the employees to select N/A if the Qualification type doesn't have a specified field
Where does this field appear:
- Employee > Employee Details > Qualifications

To Edit or add to your Qualification fields:
1. Go to: Settings > Setup > List Management
2. In the look up list select Qualification Fields:
3. Make the required changes below
a. Select "Add Item" to add a new qualification field to your list, enter the name and update
b. Select Edit next to the required qualification field and you can change the name displayed, make the change and update
c. Select "Delete" next to the required qualification field to delete and confirm the deletion
Note: Only qualification fields that have not been used can be deleted.
