Recruitment sources allow you the ability to identify the recruitment source of an employee. This can be used to track recruitment performance if you use a third party or application.
Recruitment sources can include: Referral, Seek, Job adder etc
Where does this field appear:
- Employee > Employee Details > Recruitment source
To Edit or add to your Recruitment sources:
1. Go to: Settings > Setup > List Management
2. In the look up list select Recruitment sources:
3. Make the required changes below
a. Select "Add Item" to add a new recruitment source to your list, enter the name and update
b. Select Edit next to the required recruitment source and you can change the name displayed, make the change and update
c. Select "Delete" next to the required recruitment source to delete and confirm the deletion
Note: Only recruitment sources that have not been used can be deleted.
