How To Edit Licence Fields via List Management

This article provides you with an overview of the Licence field list in Flare and outlines how to edit the list, its purpose and where it appears in Flare. 


Licence fields allow you and your employees the ability to identify the correct type category when adding the details into Flare.

Licence fields can include: Car, motorbike, CPR etc. You can also allow the employees to select N/A if the Licence type doesn't have a specified field


Where does this field appear:
- Employee > Employee Details > Qualifications

To Edit or add to your Licence fields:

1. Go to:  Settings > Setup > List Management

2. In the look up list select Licence Fields:

3. Make the required changes below

a. Select "Add Item" to add a new licence field to your list, enter the name and update

b. Select Edit next to the required licence field and you can change the name displayed, make the change and update

c. Select "Delete" next to the required licence field to delete and confirm the deletion

Note: Only licence fields that have not been used can be deleted.
