When you create an employee in Flare they will be allocated a system generated employee number. If you want to adjust the number provided you can do this via the Settings Menu (as long as you have the admin permissions that allow this process)
Follow Me.
1. From the Settings menu
2. Select the Account tab
3. Select the Configuration tab
4. Tick the 'Use customer employee number mask'
5. Leave blank for auto generation or If you want to then specify a starting point then add that into the field (the example in the image would mean that the employee number would start with a 6 and then have 5 digits following that.. ie. 600000)
6. Click 'Save' to lock in the settings
