There are some cases you might need to resend the welcome email to the employee or candidate. For example, to troubleshoot a password reset or if you onboarded a candidate using the wrong email details. Whichever the case may be, this article will help you navigate to the function.
Note: You may will need elevated permissions to be able to access these areas.
To resend the Welcome email follow the below steps:
1. Go to: Settings > Account.
2. In the Account menu, select Maintenance.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and locate "resend a welcome email"
4. Type in the desired employee's name, select the resend employee welcome email button, and a green pop up box will let you know it has been successfully sent.

Note: Accessing these settings menu requires certain permissions to be turned on. Depending on how your account is set up, you may not have access to this. Contact your HR Manager and mention this article to get it solved for you.
