Sometimes when Flare releases a new/updated function or a user is given additional access in Flare, this may require a hard reload of the Flare browser
This can easily be done by the user affected and is a good first resolution to try.
To clear your cache and hard reload the Flare Browser follow the below steps:
Note: the below steps are for hard reloading a Chrome browser, if you are using Safari there are a number of support articles online to complete this based on your operating system.
- Open Chrome and log in to the Flare website.
Note: please only have 1 browser up and only the Flare site open.
- Click the 3 vertical dots in Chrome (top right) and select More Tools then Developer tools.
This will open developer’s tool window, please keep it open.
- Click the ‘Reload page’ icon in Chrome (top left) and hold down until you see the 3 options below. Select the 3rd option Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
- Logout and login again.
