When you place an order through Flare Discounts you will receive an order confirmation email, this is followed by a second email which contains the link to your purchased vouchers.
These emails are only able to be sent to the email address attached to the order, the email address is not able to be updated in these cases.
If you are not able to access the email account that the cards were sent too, the steps below take you through how to access these.
- Log into your Flare account
- Go to: Benefits>My Benefits - Browse Discounts
- Select "My Account" in the top right corner
- In the order history select the required order number, this will display the details of that specific order
- The link to your card/s will be displayed within the "Redeem your cards" section, select the required card number and the card will be displayed
