How to use the Employee Licence Step in a Process Template

When creating an information request, onboarding process or offboarding process the Employee Licence Step allows a user to provide multiple detailed license, membership, or certificate information including expiry dates and documentation e.g. First Aid Certificate. You are able to make it mandatory or optional.

Please make sure you selected Content type = Employee Licence when you set up process step.
