What can I do as a Perks Manager?

Perks are able to be added, edited, and toggled via the Perk Manager menu
 
This menu is available to both the Benefits Owners and Administrators under the Admin View.

Perks may be filtered by ‘All Perks’, ‘Marketplace Perks’ or ‘Custom Perks’ and may be toggled on and off using the switch on the right.
 
Up-to 3 perks can be featured in the benefits tab by clicking the star icon on the left.

Custom Perks are perks provided by the organisation that are added to Benefits. These may be added, edited, or deleted.
 
Marketplace Perks are perks provided by Flare. These cannot be added, edited or deleted, but may be toggled on/off as desired.  
 

How to Add Custom Perks?

A custom perk may be added to your your account, by:
  1. Navigating to Admin View > Perk Manager; and
  2. Clicking Add new
 
This will then open a pop up, where you may added in the details of the perk or preview it.

The following information is mandatory:
  • Title
  • Subtitle
  • Description
  • Category
 
The following information is optional
  • Cover photo
  • Thumbnail
  • Link details (must be added as a pair)
  • Attachment
 
By default new custom perks are enabled after being added, however this may be toggled off.
 
The new custom perk can also be previewed prior to adding.
 

How to Edit or Delete Custom Perks?

A custom perk may be edited, preview or deleted from your account, by locating the perk and clicking Edit

This will then open a pop up, where you may edit the details of the perk or alternatively delete it.
