A recent enhancement to the Summary Data report has enabled the Paid Hours to be populated in the report for timesheet based employees; the steps to enable this is as follows:
- Select FlarePay < FlarePay Setup < Wage Types
- Select the Time Based Payment Category
- Select the relevant Wage Type on the left-hand column, along with the Report as Paid Hours tick box
- Select Update
When the Summary Data report is generated from the Export button within the FlarePay Run tab, the consolidated hours worked for all selected wage types will appear in the Paid Hours column. The Summary Data report can be run retrospectively for all previously finalised pay runs.
Note that the Paid Hours will only populate for wage types within the Time Based Payment category, therefore the standard hours for a salaried employee will not appear.
