Trouble initially logging onto Flare from the original welcome email you received? Accidentally deleted your original welcome email? Not to worry! Flare has a functionality where you can resend an employee's welcome email, providing a new temporary password to log into Flare for the first time.
1. From the Settings menu select Account.
2. In the Account menu, select Maintenance.
3. Scroll down to the last entry where you can resend a welcome email
4. Type in the desired employee's name, hit the resend employee welcome email button, and a green pop up box will let you know it has been successfully sent.
Note: Accessing these settings menu requires certain permissions to be turned on. Depending on how your account is set up, you may not have access to this. Contact your HR Manager and mention this article to get it solved for you.
