Make filing your documents fast and easy with your Flare platform. Create and label your folders with titles that work for your business. Follow these steps to make both your Organisation and Employee Library an effective and simple resource to use.
The functionality you can see or edit will depend on your security level and hierarchy within Flare as set up by your company.
1. From the Menu, select Organisation or Employees and then Library.
2. From the folders listed in Flare, select one and right click on it.
3. From the pop-up that will appear you can Rename, Add and Delete a folder.
Select Rename and type into the text box the folder’s new title and select Save.
Select Add and type into the text box the new folder title and select Save. It will now be stored under the folder you first right clicked on.
Select Delete and a pop-up box will appear asking you to confirm your decision. Selecting No will cancel the action. Selecting Yes will delete it permanently.
